Birth and Death Records
To order birth and death certificates, the Division of Vital Records-North Dakota can be accessed at www.ndhealth.gov. Application forms to order from Vital Records are available at the Tax Equalization Office.

Passport Information
Passport information and forms can be accessed at www.travel.state.gov or through the Tax Equalization Office.

Tax Equalization
The Tax Equalization Office works with township and city assessors in the county to insure that a uniform assessment of all real property will prevail. Also, mobile home moving permits and tax statements are issued by this department.
